ARTICLE FOUR: The FOUNDATION is a private, non-profit, non-governmental organization created for the common good and is established under and regulated in accordance with Papua New Guinean law. The assets of the FOUNDATION, both as financial instruments and in the form of property, shall be used in pursuit and fulfillment of the purpose for which it was established and, in the case of dissolution, the regulations in article twenty-three of these statutes shall be applied. At no time, including in the case of dissolution of the institution, shall its assets be they infrastructure, equipment, or funds become the property of any natural person or persons.
